FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY – MCLE

Individuals who are unable to afford the registration fee for a CLE course or activity due to a financial hardship may request a full or partial waiver of the registration fee. A letter requesting a full or partial waiver of the registration fee must be received at least 7 days before the course or activity date together with the registration and/or sign-up. The letter requesting a waiver shall state the reason for the attorney’s interest in the course or activity; set forth proof of income or an explanation of the financial hardship; and be signed by the requesting attorney. Discounted registrations will be awarded to qualified individuals on a space-available basis, with preference given to applicants in order of date submitted. ACR Chicago may waive or reduce the registration fee for the CLE program at its discretion.
